Note: please allow up to 2 working days (common issues) or 4 working days (problems which require developer's assistance) for your support ticket to be answered. The cmsmasters support center works Monday through Friday.

It is recommended that before submitting a ticket you take a close look at theme documentation (Docs folder in the archive you have downloaded from Themeforest). It covers most of the questions you might face and might be really helpful, as there will be no need to wait for your ticket to be reviewed.  Also, you might want to take a look at our forum, as your question might have already been discussed there - visit forum.

Please note, that free support policy includes general theme usage questions and troubleshooting, while it does not include any customization, additional features integration or questions about third-party plugins compatibility. Appreciate your understanding!

If you are working with wordpress theme, then in 90% of cases we need to access your admin area for a detailed examination of the problem. It will certainly speed up your ticket processing.
If you are working with HTML template, in 90% of cases we need an access to your server for a detailed studying of the problem and faster respond. Also, for more rapid and detailed solutions of problems with WordPress theme FTP is also preferred.
