GiveWP Forms Widget
To use the widget please install Give – Donation Plugin https://givewp.com/ and create the forms. GiveWP Forms widget is aimed to display the needed Give form on a page.
Please note that settings work only for the “Legacy Form Template”.
Content
General
Select form: Choose the needed form from the dropdown.
Display Style: Choose between On page, Button, Modal and Reveal styles.
Display Content: Choose how the content should be displayed: above the form, below the form or hide the content.
Show Title: Slide to YES to show the form title.
Show Goal: Slide to YES to show goal.

Set the Advanced options that are applicable to this widget
